Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Hard Brick Games! We are committed to ensuring you receive your items in a fair, transparent, and reliable manner. Please review the policy below before placing a pre-order.

1. Payment & Deposits

We currently secure all pre-orders using a partial deposit model:

  • Deposit Amounts: Deposit amounts vary by product. Please check each individual product page for specific deposit requirements and final pricing details.
  • Securing Your Order: Once your deposit is placed, your reservation is confirmed, and inventory is allocated directly from our distributor orders.
  • Remaining Balance & Due Dates: Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your item. Payment due dates for the remaining balance vary depending on the product, please review the specific product page for exact deadlines and payment details.

2. Pickup & Fulfillment

  • Notifications: You will be notified via email or phone as soon as your pre-order is ready for in-store pickup or shipment (typically on the official product release date).
  • Pickup Window: Orders designated for local pickup must be collected within 14 days of notification.
  • Extensions: If you require additional time to collect your order, please contact us prior to the end of the 14-day window. We are always happy to accommodate reasonable extensions.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Pre-orders that are not collected within 14 days without prior communication may be released for general sale, and any associated deposits may be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & Allocations

  • General Policy: Pre-orders are considered final commitments. Once placed, deposits cannot be refunded or cancelled.
  • Manufacturer Delays & Allocations: In the rare event of manufacturer delays, production cuts, or distributor allocation shortages beyond our control, we will promptly reach out to you with options if we are unable to fulfill your order.
