📦 Hard Brick Games Pre-Order Policy

Thanks for choosing to pre-order with Hard Brick Games! We’re committed to making sure you get the products you’re looking for in the fairest and most reliable way possible. Please read through this policy so you know what to expect.

đź”’ Payment & Reservation

  • All pre-orders require payment to secure your spot.
  • There are two ways to pre-order:
    • Online through our website: Full payment is required up front; Partial Deposits are not available for web orders at this time.
    • In person at our store: You can choose to either:
      • Pay in full — some items may include a pre-pay discount (if applicable).
      • Leave a deposit — we currently only accept deposits for in-person pre-orders. Deposits are non-refundable and vary by product.
  • Once payment is received, your order is locked in and we’ll do our best to secure your items from our distributors.

📦 Pickup & Fulfillment

  • We’ll notify you when your pre-order is ready for pickup or shipping — usually on release day.
  • Please pick up your order within 14 days of us contacting you, unless you've made other arrangements with us.
  • Orders not picked up in time may be released to the public and any deposit may be forfeited.
    • This isn’t something we do lightly — if you need more time, just let us know. We're happy to work with you. This policy is mainly for folks who ghost us completely after pre-ordering.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are generally final. Once placed, we cannot guarantee refunds or cancellations.
  • If a product is delayed or our distributor reduces our allocation, we’ll contact you with options. You may choose a refund or store credit toward another item if we cannot fulful your order due to circumstances outside of our control.
